HR Asia Pacific has collaborated with Results Consulting to develop a strong, fundamental technology for the design, delivery, analysis and completion of 360 degree feedback for public sector managers and leaders.

Based on the APS Commission's Integrated Leadership System, the 360 degree feedback system can be delivered online (by email with a link to a secure site), enabling respondents to complete the questionnaires quickly and effectively. Respondents use moving cursors to indicate their assesments of observable behaviours.

This data is then analysed and comprehensive reports can be customised to meet the needs of the participants and the organisation.

During 2005, effective online 360 degree feedback and self assessments were compelted for the following clients:

CIO Group in the Department of Defence
Defence Housing Authority
Corporate Services and Infrastructure Group
Defence Signals Directorate
Department of Veterans' Affairs.

HR Asia Pacific has taken the lead in developing the online delivery technology and the detailed reporting capability for the 360 degree systems. Results Consulting has managed the client contact and the delivery of training or one on one coaching.
