HR Jobs - Interim Site

HR Jobs is the specialised HR recruitment and contracting division within the Brindabella Group.

Working solely with HR and Payroll managers, specialists and professionals, HR Jobs provides a comprehensive recruitment agency service. Assignments to recruit senior HR and Payroll roles are delivered on a national basis. Gary Hampson is an experienced recruitment consultant and has handled some of the most senior HR roles in Australia. He also has the added advantage of extensive experience as a HR Director himself.

HR Contractors and Project Workers are provided on a local basis and sourced from an established database of quality HR professionals.

In 2006, two major initiatives will also be introduced:

HR Jobs Web Site - a ground-breaking web site is currently nearing completion. Using sophisticated search and display techniques, this site will display all HR and payroll vacancies in Australia on-line and will provide a major resource for all HR professionals in Australia.

HR Competencies - a research based set of competencies for the HR profession is currently under development. This competency framework will not only provide useful information for the profession, HR Jobs is also developing innovative assessment techniques and questionnaires, including a simple on-line version. In the future, job and person specifications will be matched within the framework.
