HR Due Diligence, Reviews and Audits

By using a comprehensive model of the HR function, wide experience in day to day delivery of HR services and extensive industry knowledge, Brindabella Consulting is able to provide organisations with a fresh approach to HR due diligence, function reviews and HR audits. We avoid the use of simple checklists of the presence of HR policies, processes, tools and techniques in favour of a detailed examination of how HR contributes to the success of the organisation.

HR Reviews involve an in-depth approach to meeting specific objectives and terms of reference. While this is a comprehensive review, the methodology is guided by the objectives and is usually aimed to increase the strategic alignment, effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function.

HR Audit is a 'snapshot' review that uses a systematic approach to identify any major areas of improvement in the HR function. This is often used as input into the HR planning process.
