HR Due Diligence is the most detailed service and is aimed at valuing the contribution of the HR function to the success of the business in a purchasing, outsourcing or market testing environment. HR Reviews involve an in-depth approach to meeting specific objectives and terms of reference. While this is a comprehensive review, the methodology is guided by the objectives and is usually aimed to increase the strategic alignment, effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function. HR Audit is a 'snapshot' review that uses a systematic approach to identify any major areas of improvement in the HR function. This is often used as input into the HR planning process.
