About Brindabella Consulting

Brindabella Consulting is a specialised HR consultancy. It is based in Canberra and provides a range of services to the Australlian Public Service, the ACT Government and Canberra region businesses.

Brindabella Consulting is part of the larger Brindabella Group that is focused on excellence in delivering HR services on a global basis.

Purpose
Our aim is to provide our clients with world class, leading-edge HR expertise that is modified and adjusted to meet local needs.

The work we do is characterised by practical application and a focus on achieving the outcomes desired. We do not leave you with a long report and a series of recommendations.

Principles
Where possible, we propose fixed fees tied to achieving the outcomes, rather than a variable, daily rate.

Gary Hampson - Managing Director
Gary Hampson is an experienced HR consultant and senior HR Director who is well-known in the region. For the last two years, he has lead the HR Outsourcing practice for The Empower Group in Asia Pacific. In this role, he was also the HR Director for the Department of Communications, IT and the Arts through their outsourced HR contract.

Since 1994, Gary has been providing HR consulting services in Canberra through Morgan & Banks, HR Alliance, The Empower Group and Brindabella Consulting.

His current interests involve the development of an integrated model for delivering HR services using all the techniques and tools he has developed or imported from the IT industry.
