Brindabella Consulting Pty Ltd is a human resource consultancy and takes the issue of privacy very seriously.

This website does not require you to log in or provide any other personal information to access the information provided on the site. On this basis, you are strongly protected. These privacy principles need to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

Monitoring of your access of this web site is also not carried out and techniques such as 'cookies' are not used.

Where will my information be passed onto?
Any personal information such as contact details, position and organisation details or email addresses will be retained within the Brindabella Group. It will not be passed to any other company or organisation without you express permission. Brindabella is unlikely to ask for your permission in general and we can forsee no instances when we would seek to pass your information to others.

Why is the information being collected?
If any information is collected through the web site or by email or any other means, it will be used to deepen the relationship between Brindabella and yourself. At your request, we may advise you of new services or HR news and updates. You will be able to cease this relationship at any time simply by contacting Brindabella Consulting. Our network of contacts is an important asset of the business and will be guarded securely in both electronic and physical form.

How will the information be used?
Any contact information provided will only be used to contact you in return. Other personal information such as position or interests will be used to manage the relationship between Brindabella and yourself and ensure that any communication is likely to be relevant to your requirements or interests.

If at any time, you provide Brindabella or any of the companies of the Brindabella Group with a Curriculum Vitae or Resume, this will be treated as an important document. If the document is sent unsolicited, it will remain under the control of Brindabella and will not be passed to a potential employer or any other person outside the Brindabella Group without gaining your permission. If the document is provided in response to a job advertisement where the client is not identified, your information will not be passed to the client until this has been discussed with you and your agreement obtained. If the job advertisement identifies the client, it will be assumed that you have given permission to pass your details to the client for the purpose of potential employment unless you advise otherwise. CVs and Resumes are generally held securely in files for ten years before being destroyed.

Who will have access to my information?
All information will be retained within Brindabella and only Brindabella directors, consultants and employees will have access to the information and only for the purposes specified to you when the information was collected.

CVs and Resumes may be passed to potential employers, but only under the conditions described above.

How can I access my information?
An email request to Brindabella Consulting is all that is required for us to provide you with an electronic copy of any personal information held in our electronic files or databases. Physical files can be viewed at our premises at 29 Flinders Way Manuka ACT provided this is supervised and an appointment is made 48 hours earlier. This is to ensure that access to any other persons files is not possible.
