Integrates with your HRMIS and is tailor-made to meet your organisation's needs. On-line Recruitment - a sophisticated web site that sits outside your secure network so that applicants can have easy access, but integrates with your HRMIS and the intranet. Provides an essential tool for the HR tean to manage the selection process with discipline and predictability. A specialised public sector version that meets the more stringent standards for equity and merit selection is under development. On-line Surveys - introducing a simple on-line surveying tool that can be used to conduct staff surveys and client surveys of all descriptions. Local Austrlian support afor the software and professional guidance on how to construct a high quallity survey will be provided. History HR Asia Pacific was known as HR Alliance until 1 January 2001. HR Alliance was one of Australia's leading HR consulting firms with a wide range of clients and offices in Melbourne and Canberra. From 2001, HR Alliance was divided into two companies. HR Asia Pacifc remained operating the Canberra office, while the Waite Group began to operate the Melbourne office trading under the old name of HR Alliance.
